Every moment of this experience we call a physical life is determined by the choices you make in your thoughts, intentions, and actions. Thus, when you choose to experience a thought, image, or activity from a place of loving, joyful, and compassionate intentions for yourself and others, you have the power to weave a lovely fabric that heals your mind, body, and soul. When you choose differently, the fabric you weave may contribute to an experience of suffering and pain in the form of mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual anguish. The choice is always yours. Self-education and self-development are vital in transformation or personal growth. No one can do it for us. It is essential to take time and work for our goals rather than leave it in the hands of others. The future won’t look like what you want, but what you believe and work for. Faith without works is dead, James 2:17 – . your faith and work must be married to each other to release the will of God for your life.
If possible, visualize your goals before taking actions. Meditation – ‘If posture not right, no Tai Chi’, ‘The Shape of the Body has Power,’ ‘Posture is Power.’ These quotes speak volumes because everything in life must be in balance or in a good posture in order to work smoothly. That is why meditation requires fully engaging your mind, spirit, and body.
Steps to Take
One step toward what you want – take baby steps while not tripping or losing your balance.
I believe in due time, we can create whatever we want if we align our emotions, feelings, and beliefs while working with Faith in God.
Don’t be afraid to imagine you already got what you want. I love the verse “Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them” MARK 11:24 NKJ 24
“Your health, your experiences, and your life do not have to be at the mercy of your negative emotions. When you consciously choose to focus on a thought or belief that is positive, comforting, or hopeful, you’re clearing out that emotional clutter that’s weighing you down. You’re energetically shifting yourself to a better place.” Susan Barbara Apollon
I wrote this after watching a TEDx talk by Lena Kay (Three Steps To Transform Your Life). I do not necessarily agree with everything the speaker had to say, but there were some valuable lessons. I cherry-picked what I liked from the talk and changed the language to fit my belief and style. The three main points I think are important, and can lead to transformation / change with time and effort.
Thank you for reading, and may you find a sense of WELLNESS throughout your day. Happy Wellness Wednesday:)
